Sweat Lodge is an ancient ritual of purification.
It is an ordeal designed to facilitate transition, to release past trauma. The sweat lodge can have spiritual, cultural and practical purposes. It is a place to connect with the nature, and restore the order and balance in life.
It is a dome shaped tent where water is poured onto hot rocks to create steam while taking participants on a guided journey embracing the sacred elements of air, fire, earth and water. The ritual lasts around 60 mins.
